Productive morning!!! Got up at 4:00 am and got my fitness on💪🏻. Did I enjoy a 4 am workout??? Hell no!!! But I knew this was going to be a busy day. I work late today, and I’m helping Stin run the business after work so I knew if I wanted/needed to get my fitness on, it was early morning. The plus thing about early workouts is I get to spy on ” vegan Ashley ” , she goes every morning at that time. She’s a warrior in the gym, like hard core . But you can tell if you look at her , she has a Rock hard body. ( to be young ) . I thought maybe Carter would join us, but obviously he preferred to sleep 😴 this morning. Stin was definitely not getting his fitness on, he strolled in from work around 2:30 this morning, he’s on an evening shift this week so he’s out of commission until afternoon. 😴😴😴
I was surprised the gym was actually kinda of busy. But another nice thing about early gym time is everyone there is strictly gym workout business. No Bull shit🤣🤣
I feel when you go later in the day, it becomes a little more social. I’m personally not the biggest fan of early gym workouts. I felt cold, sore and not fully in tune to everything. But I pushed thru👍🏿.
Ok one more thing for tonight. Quick question???? We had a huge discussion regarding breastfeeding. How old do you feel is to old to breast feed??? Bid debate today. Some celebrity ” Nicole Curtis” ( google the whole story) she’s a movie star in the show ” rehab addict ” (for houses not drugs) .Is in a 2 year divorce battle over her son, due to breastfeeding.
“I keep saying, it’s not like he’s 7 or 8 — he’s still a baby,” she says, as the 30-month-old pushes away his lunch of pasta, and reaches for her breast to nurse during a PEOPLE photoshoot at her home in Detroit this summer. (She practices babyled weaning where Harper eats at his own pace: “It doesn’t force children to eat — it allows them to discover it and gradually wean at their pace.”).
I guess it’s your own personal choice. I personally feel that once they concur the soppy cup. Don’t need formula or breastmilk, Then move on from it. Around a year. There are plenty of ways to bond with your baby. And is it honestly good for the child to continue nursing past 2 years old??? I look at my grandson’s and they are so independent. But still have amazing bonds with there mom’s and they both breast fed for the first year.
The Nicole case could be also due to custody and not wanting the ex to have the kid. Sad, because it’s not about the child.
AFTER THE EXCITING DAY AT WORK , WAY TO MUCH WENT DOWN TODAY, WAY TO MANY TRAIN WRECKS, WAY TO MUCH DRAMA. I ABSOLUTELY LOVE MY JOB, BUT TODAY WAS A BIT MUCH.
MET THE MAN WHO WAS ALL OVER THE NEWS. HE LOST HIS HOUSE IN A DIVORCE , SO HE BOUGHT THE HOUSE NEXT DOOR, KNOCKED IT DOWN, BUILT A BIGGER ONE THAN HERS AND PUT UP A STATUE FACING HER HOUSE, FOR HER TO SEE EVERY DAY. SOOOOO FUNNY
google the story , its a real story. YES, THAT IS THE MIDDLE FINGER FACING THE EX WIVES HOUSE!!!
good nite to all from a few of my mates. xoxoxoxoxoxoxoxox
